WHO KNEW?

Friday, Nov. 11 – At 11:30 a.m. in downtown Denver (1200 Broadway) I will be unveiling Goldie’s wedding dress at History Colorado as part of their project Who Knew? Everything Old Is New Again.

The curators have selected a few special pieces from the Museum’s collection to be unveiled weekly Nov. 20 through Jan. 8. One thing the items have in common is they serve as reminders of Colorado’s extraordinary, unexpected, and infamous past, so Goldie is a natural to be included in the project. GOLDIE ON TV

I was interviewed for a show on Channel 8 (the city of Boulder TV channel) called Deliberate Conversations about the history of the towns of western Boulder County. It’s showing on the channel now (as of January 28, 2013), but you can see it online too.
The on-line version and the weekly schedule is at
www.boulderchannel8.com  Scroll down and click on Deliberate Conversations. It comes up with Goldie’s cowgirl picture.
Here’s a link to it on Vimeo, if Channel 8 doesn’t work.     https://vimeo.com/58272621
